As we want to spread our carefree way of renting out, we are looking for property owners who would like to rent out one of the following properties:
- Studios
- Apartments
- Family houses
- Quality student rooms
- Villas
- Buildings with multiple units
The process
Do you own one of the above properties and would you like to rent out this particular property without all the hassle and time it consumes? IM Home Rentals has you covered with carefree property management. Let us take care of your home like it is our own! Let us take you through the steps:
- After our first contact we arrange a meeting at the property location you would like to rent out. Here we will note all your wishes and discuss any questions you may have.
- We will make sure your property will be rented out to one of our screened tenants. When the moment is there, we will make sure your property is clean and one of our hosts is there to welcome the guests.
- During the whole stay, our cleaning staff can make sure the property is cleaned weekly. Any small defects will be taken care of by our own technical service.
- We won’t sit still, since we will be making sure the property is rented out before our current tenant takes his leave.
