What is your check-in time?

Our usual check-in time is after 15.00. In case you want to arrive earlier, don’t hesitate to contact us. We are flexible and always there to help!

Are late arrivals possible?
Yes, is is possible to arrive 24/7, by using our modern keypads for self-check-in. In case it is within our possibilities we prefer a personal welcome by one of our welcoming hosts!
What is your check-out time?

Please check-out before 11am. In case you require a late check-out, please contact us for the possibilities.

As there is no reception at your properties, how do I check-in?

Check-in is always on appointment. Please inform us a couple of days in advance what time we can expect your arrival, so we can arrange that one of our hosts will meet you at the front door to give you a warm welcome! Please inform us in case of any delays or in case your arrival is earlier than planned.

Do you provide towels?

Yes, bath towels are provided, as well as kitchen towels.

Do you provide bedlinen?

Yes, bedlinen is provided.

Where can I park my car?

This depends on where you will be staying. We are happy to point out the best parking places at your arrival.

There is free public parking, the best places to park are on the side of the building or behind the building (Veilingstraat). In front of the building, it is paid parking! There are enough free parking spots in the area.

Luxury Apartments ll, Balistraat 59 Utrecht

There is public parking on the streets around the building (paid parking).

We can recommend parking at the parking garage nearby as it is much cheaper, the parking garage is named ‘Kop van Lombok’ and is located at Vleutenseweg 44, Utrecht. There is free parking at 15 minutes walk.

Will there be cleaning?
By any stay of 7 nights or longer we provide a weekly cleaning, this additional service is free of charge. For any stay we will arrange the end cleaning.
Are there any specific rules?

Yes, the following activities are not allowed in our apartments:
– Any illegal activities
– Pets
– Smoking 
– Noise between 10pm and 8am 

Is there a deposit needed?
We do not require a deposit.
Will you charge my creditcard in advance?
We do not charge your credit card in advance (unless you specifically ask us to do so), you can pay at arrival.
How can I pay?

Payment can be done at arrival by using either of the following methods:
– Debit card
– Credit card
– Cash
– Bank transfer (Only when paid in advance)
*We prefer card payments*

Do you offer babybeds?
Yes, if you need a babybed please enquire in advance so we are able to arrange it. Please bring your own baby bedlinen and blanket.

How far is Utrecht Central Station from your property?

Luxury Apartments ll, Balistraat 59, 7 minutes walk.

How far is Utrecht city center from your property?

It takes around 12-13 minutes by foot and 5 minutes by bike from both our properties 

Can you arrange a taxi service?

Yes, we can! We work with a local taxi company who offers special Schiphol Airport prices. Please feel free to contact us.
